Who can order?
The Dr. Fritsch online shop is a B2B (business-to-business) online shop, so it’s targeted towards companies, research centers, universities and other institutions.
Currently a B2C (business-to-customer) option is not offered, therefore we don’t serve private customers.
Do you offer materials in higher quantity?
Yes, in general we serve small-, medium- and big-sized companies and academia. Through our online shop we sell selected materials only in small quantities. If you require a higher quantity, please get in touch with us through our contact form here and we will provide you a solution.
What materials are offered?
We offer various metal and ceramic materials.
In what form are the materials offered?
All materials offered are in powder form. The powder details can be found in the description of every material.
Can Dr. Fritsch support me, if I can’t find the material I’m looking for?
Yes, we can. Besides the selected material range offered in the online shop we offer many other raw materials. Using the contact form here you can write us a message and we will try to offer you a solution.
Does Dr. Fritsch offer material customization?
Yes, in addition to the raw materials, we offer various material customizations, for example mechanical alloying. Moreover, we are active in material development and constantly looking for new partnerships. What payment options are available?
Currently payments via credit card are supported by our processing partner WooCommerce/WooPayments options are available.
How long does it take to dispatch an order?
After receiving your order, it will be dispatched within 2 working days.
The working week is defined as follows:
– Working days: Monday to Friday
– Non-working days: Saturday, Sunday as well as public holidays in Germany (Province Baden-Württemberg).
Example: if you make a purchase on a Saturday, your order will be dispatched by end of the following Tuesday (if there aren’t any public holidays).
How the material is packaged?
For packing we use small plastic containers of 120 ml.
The net weight of every material is 100 grams.
Which company will be used for the transporation?
We use GLS (General Logistics Systems) for shipment.
